Returns


ALL RETURNS MUST BE:

  • made by emailing or calling us within 7 days of receiving your order to request either a Return Authorization number or an Alteration Authorization number.
  • sent in original packaging to ensure adequate protection in transit.
  • returned in the same condition as received (new, unused and with all Tricia & Verona tags still attached). Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

ALTERATION REQUESTS FOR ITEMS THAT DO NOT FIT

If you receive a custom clothing item that does not fit:

  • Email us at sales@triciaandverona.com or call us at 84-8-38244556 within 7 days of receiving your order to notify us of the problem.  We will issue you an Alteration Authorization number.  (In order for us to process the alteration, you must include the Alteration Authorization number on your Alteration Request form.)
  • Print and complete the Alteration Request form.  Don’t forget to provide the order number, a brief description of the item, and the alteration required to achieve desired fit.
  • Send the item back to us, along with the Alteration Request form, at the mailing address listed above.  As previously stated, our preference is that the item be returned to us via FedEx (fill in the FedEx International Air Waybill if applicable); however, you may return the item to us by any secure means.  Tricia & Verona will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail.  If the garment does not fit because of a mistake you made in conveying your measurements to us, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item to be altered.
  • You will be notified by email once your alteration request has been received and processed.  The altered item will be sent to you free of charge.

REQUESTS FOR A REFUND 

  • Email us at sales@triciaandverona.com or call us at 84-8-38244556 within 7 days of receiving your order to notify us of your desire to return the item you purchased from us for a refund.  We will issue you a Return Authorization number.  (You must include this number on the Return form in order to receive a refund.)
  • Print and complete the Return Form.  (Don’t forget to sign it.)
  • Send the item back to us, along with the Return form, at the mailing address listed in the left column under Contact Us.  As previously stated, our preference is that the item be returned to us via FedEx (fill in the FedEx International Air Waybill if applicable); however, you may return the item to us by any secure means.  Tricia & Verona will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail.  You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item to be returned.
  • You will be notified by email once your return has been received and processed.   

RECEIVING A REFUND

  • Your refund will be credited to the credit or debit card charged for the original purchase of the item (or items) for which you are requesting a refund.
  • Please note:  Tricia & Verona will not refund shipping charges, customs duties or sales taxes.  However, you may be able to recover customs duties or sales taxes by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

  • If you are returning multiple items from an order, please send them back to us in the same shipment to ensure that your return will be processed as quickly as possible.
  • We prefer that items are returned to us via FedEx to ensure that they are protected and insured during transit. (To insure items sent via FedEx during transit, you must accurately complete a FedEx International Air Waybill by recording the original price, including tax, of the item to be returned under both “Total Value for Customs” and “Total Declared Value for Carriage.”  Click here for detailed instructions on how to complete a FedEx International Air Waybill.)
  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail so please use an insurable and track-able shipping method.  COD’s (collect on delivery) will not be accepted.
